A lot of people have done a lot of cleaning & tidying during lock-down & have a lot of rubbish needing disposed of... Opening recycling plants in an organised manner, ie phone local centers for a date & time slot rather than have large numbers turning up willy-nilly....
Why the contribution is important
Hygienically & environmentally we can't have household rubbish laying around for to long as it will attract vermin, so needs properly disposed of asap...
