As a teacher I am very keen to get back to school and provide some normality for my pupils especially those who are vulnerable and in worrying positions because of lockdown.
I believe the only way to do this safely is to have a sort of rota system. For example having the same staff member in on a certain day working with the same small group of children! This would mean their is limited contact with a bigger amount of people! if a child or staff member did become unwell it would be much easier to track who they had been in contact with! I hope this idea makes sense. On the days the staff member wasnt having contact with their small group they would be doing other duties or providing online work for the pupils who are not at school. It goes without saying that safety of staff is very important! Staff would need PPE and could they be provident with testing if need be?

These ideas are to protect staff, children and families. Also it helps track and trace if anyone did become unwell
