A lot of secondary schools are overcrowded now, due to increase in population, they’re not accommodating the movement of kids from class to class easily or hygeinically. Schools are not deep cleaned, if they are regularly please tell me. Staff I know, not cleaners, they clean floors and toilets only, have to clean their own workspaces and kitchen areas. This is the 21st century, local authorities are saving money at the risk of people’s lives. I know school staff are NOT KEEN AT ALL to return to work re covid and lack of cleanliness.
Attending schools for kids should be staggered, perhaps making the day shorter and groups going infor 3 hrs at a time, to enable better cleaning structures. It’s the only way we will protect kids and staff.

Why the contribution is important

Staff can’t return to school and other buildings when no proper cleaning structures are in place as this will just encourage transmission of germs and new viruses in the future.
