Instead of restricting people to one household, allow people to move freely between two households (for example, their own personal household and a family member's household).
Why the contribution is important
This will have several postive impacts: 1) It will add a degree of variety to people's lives. 2) The risk of local transmission is still minimal as most social contact will be done within these two households. 3) It will allow family members to reunite and support each other, significantly improving mental health. 4) It will make contract tracing easy to maintain.
