Segment and shield

As we are now more confident that the NHS has capacity to cope with coronavirus cases can we move to trusting vulnerable people to take the necessary precautions to protect themselves, if this is what they choose ? This might allow less vulnerable groups greater freedoms.

To have a 'grown up conversation' we need to trust that people will take the precautions they feel necessary to protect themselves. By treating us as responsible adults ,which recent compliance has shown we are, it might be possible to allow the less vulnerable to move quickly forward to the new normal.
