Allow sitting/sunbathing outside, within family/household groups, as long as abiding to social distancing, for those who live in flats and tenement blocks or have no access to gardens.
Why the contribution is important
Mental health is just as important as physical health. If sitting outside in the park away from people helps then people should not be shamed.
