Small Office's Reopening with “red-blue” systems

Offices should reopen on a rotational system, with small teams coming into the office one week then working from home the next. This would allow a gradual reintroduction of office work and increase motivation among employees , whilst maintaining social distancing.

New graduates/employees find it hard to navigate a 'work from home' environment as they are still finding their feet. Allowing people to come back to the office is essential for training and increased productivity.

Worker mental health is extremely important and having the ability to come in to the office will boost moral for employees.

Having a rotational system gives employees some variety in their working conditions and will increase their overall productivity.
