Only two separate households at any one time be allowed to meet provided that they adhere to social distancing

Why the contribution is important

This would allow non family members who are maybe living along to be able to meet for the well being of the person living alone

Good idea if properly explained. But risks that people have multiple bubbles.

I agree this could be a plan. But personally think it would be better only if neither household had anyone going to work.
