Expanding the social bubble from a household to a group of 10 will not work, unless each member is issued with a membership card (say) to make policing it easier. If not, people will claim to be in one social bubble one day and another bubble the next day. Also a child is quite likely to have two sets of grandparents, who themselves may have two or more children who themselves have children. Which grandmother loses out???
