Social Bubbles and restored rights for people with disabilities

I like the social bubbles idea. I would also like to say that councils' responsibilities to making sure vulnerable and disabled people are supported must be reinstated.

Why the contribution is important

The social bubbles idea is important because there are a lot of people with mental health issues that do not cope well with isolation. Once this pandemic is over, the potential is there for us to be in the midst of a mental health crisis epidemic, which is not only bad for those who are suffering, but also for society as a whole. Vulnerable people and those with disabilities should also be able to have support reinstated (if they have lost it due to the loss of councils' obligations to support people). Some people have just been left with absolutely no support at all.

As grandparents we have 2 daughters with their families with 5 and 6 persons per household, if social bubble was only allowed for 10 then one family would miss out, would be sensible to meet up with one household at a time be it in local parks or their houses.
