To get these facilities open and running again, many things will have to change if we are to follow the Goverment guidelines. The number of people entering the buildings will have to be strictly controlled.
The buildings themselves may have to be adapted , in fact everything must be done to avoid crowds. The very thing these facilities rely on and exist for.

For the safety of all who visit and work in the facilities , which include great community resources , for example Community Centres , Museums, Children 's Play Centres and Libraries.
