Staggered commutes and travel

As a way forward employment and schools would operate staggered times and shifts, a bit like working flexi time so we avoid large groups of people moving at the same times but encourage business and work to resume. Schools abroad are splitting chikdren into smaller manageable numbers but the commute could still be dangerous if we revert back to mass commuting and rush hours.

Why the contribution is important

It would reduce risk of infection but support a return to 'normal ' life. Socialising would be done outdoors and with social distancing measures and different start and finish times for work would ensure more manageable numbers at any one time.
We could have a trial run with councils and service providers and monitor It to scale back if needs be.
Both vaccines and drug therapy development will take time so we need to incorporate social distancing into our everyday life.
