Staggered Testing

Deploy staggered time-based testing regimes at testing site. Key workers get priority for certain hours of the day (possibly synchronised with shifts ending/beginning) but the rest of the time ANYONE can go get a test. This will give us better raw data to base the models on.

Why the contribution is important

Will help give us better data on spreads and stop these constant “guesstimates” every day about the R0 value.

    This is a good idea. I would supplement it with opinion polling systematic randomised testing on a weekly basis throughout Scotland to allow statistically relevant R0 to be calculated.

    We definitely need to use all the testing capacity we have and reandom testing to get background data would be a good use of the unused test.
