Staggering of excercise

Currently most people seem to exercise between the 12 and 5pm when parks and paths are congested especially on sunny days. It is light from 6am til 9 pm and before breakfast and after dinner these places are largely deserted. Social distancing would be easier if people could expand the times they are prepared to go out.

Why the contribution is important

Close contact and social congestion is how this virus spreads.

    yeh maybe if there were separate allotted times for different types of exercise, cyclists at one time, then runners, dog walkers, walkers, families with young kids. Most people are using the same types of places to do these things and yes noticed way more congestion on sunny days also. Just too many people. I have also seen people who were exercising in open grass (might have been yoga) asked to move by police so they rejoined the mass of people on the small path instead. Seems counterproductive.
