Start school holidays earlier

Start school holidays two weeks earlier and obviously go back two weeks earlier to give our young people a good start to What will be a difficult school year. We are wasting time just now.

This will reduce stress on both parents and teachers trying to produce and support online learning and give government and local authorities more time to put measures in place to protect pupils and staff. This will give more continuity of learning and a opportunity for a fresh start under whatever new timetable and conditions we will have had time to put in place, knowing more about how the virus is progressing and how other countries are coping.
