Start summer holidays early

Would it be possible to have the summer break brought forward. I appreciate there would be negotiations to be had with all staff. But at least we would be more in step with when people can go back to work more generally.
I'm concerned about vulnerable children going back earlier. This could be so stigmatising for them and their families.
Is there any scope for using space in smaller primary schools to relieve the pressure on larger ones?

Why the contribution is important

To treat all children as equally as possible

No that cannot happen. Some teachers gave up Easter hols. Everyone is entitled to a calendar to work to!

We don't know what children and staff will be working by then anyway.
PS Teachers are not automata and need their break so they can continue and a lot of them have been working through this difficult period already.

Just to add to this: Many teachers worked right through their Easter break, and are working very long hours, to ensure remote learning is reaching as many learners as possible.
If there is a suggestion of a change in the summer holiday dates, that intimation needs to be made as soon as possible. Teachers can adjust.
