In Scotland the key message wisely, is still - Stay at Home.

And continue to observe the measures advised by the Scottish Government, which includes being alert at all times.

As we're already hearing following last night's PM announcement, the Stay Alert message in England is already creating confusion, and may well be encouraging more people 'unlock' themselves when they should not be - and the result of that could well be a 'spike' in R, and a second wave of the virus.
I strongly agree with KMR that the the key message in Scotland is Stay Home. The time will come when lockdown can be eased here.

If we are capable of having a "grown up conversation" which we are, we are capable of understanding what "be alert" means. As adults we now have masses of information re the virus and its transmission and what we should be doing to avoid it. As GCMC has said, being aware not only of our own behaviour but avoiding careless behaviour by others.
