To allow freshwater Fisheries to open at the discretion of the owners.
Why the contribution is important
A past-time that is outdoors and a solitary activity.
Fisheries are run by bailiffs or fishery managers and therefore it would not be a free for all.
Fishermen generally are at least 10 yards from the next fisherman.
Limits could be placed on numbers at each fishery.
Fishing lodges could be closed except for booking in and payment.
Fisheries are located all over Scotland and there could be restrictions on how far the fishermen travel.
Overall the risks are minimal. The benefits especially for personal wellbeing are great.
