Subsidy to move to contactless

Whilst I don’t want to refer to covid as an opportunity could the Scot gov look at subsidy or reduced fees for businesses moving to contactless?

Still lots of cash business and cash isn’t the most Sanitary thing anyway

Technology is reasonably cheap but fees sometimes aren’t.

Moving away from cash is happening, this just moves this along.
