Suport families to care for elderly at home
The death rate due to the virus in care homes is very high and something must be done to protect the elderly. There are many reasons why so many people are in care homes but some of these are caused by Government decisions.
Women used to retire at 60 so had the ability to care for elderly parents, but the state retirement age is now much higher.
Proper fiscal support needs to be given to families who have an elderly relative staying with them rather than the person being in a case home.

Why the contribution is important
This could reduce the number of people in case homes which would protect them .
