Support for employees

Employees who feel their employer is not adhering to social distancing principles must have a safe and robust avenue to challenge that. This may be as a whistleblower but that could benefit from a publicity campaign so employees know what is involved and what is and is not protected. In addition, if employees may need to isolate on several occasions, pay for that period needs to be in excess of SSP for those who cannot work from home otherwise I think people will try and come to work to avoid financial detriment.
