One of the main symptoms of the virus is a high fever and even though you're supposed to self isolate not everyone will. It would be a good idea to institute temperature checks in areas where large volumes of people like train stations and supermarkets. It would be good to also allow the police/ private security to fine people found to be outside with a temperature.
Why the contribution is important
It would minimise the probably of people with the virus continuing to go outside (with fear of getting fine) and it would make systems like public transit safer and supermarkets safer.
