Test cancer patient regular blood tests

Would it be possible to test regular bloods taken for trial or routine purposes for coronavirus as bloods are being taken anyway?

I just feel you might catch some positives where there are no symptoms, or where symptoms are masked either because of treatment or because people have so much going on in their heads anyway symptoms could be missed.
