Once we are past the peak and the number of infections stabilises we need to implement testing and contact tracing.

Testing seems like the only way forward out of this living hell. Test as many people as we possibly can and stop waiting to only test people when they are needing hospitalised.
Start the move towards proactive testing asap. Longer this takes the longer we are in lockdown
