Based on success of the English pilot commit to adopt the App. No mention is made as to whether this will form part of the Scottish approach.

Why the contribution is important
A technological aid like the App suggested in England could greatly assist our efforts to have an effective testing, tracking, tracing and isolating system in Scotland.
The start date is important as this is fundamental to us controlling the virus and preventing future outbreaks and giving us confidence to lift the restrictions. With projection of recruitment, capacity and technology timescales we should be able to identify a start date when service should be up and running.
