Help the NHS by reducing the number of vehicles on the road which drive too fast and pump out dangerous pollutants.
Make all brand new cars electric and put a device in all cars which prevents them going above 60mph.
(I am a car owner, I often drive faster than I should and I rely on the car for very short journeys, to shops or to collect my son, and I am lazy.)

Why the contribution is important
It will mean less dangerous accidents, save lives and put less strain on the NHS.
It will reduce pollution causing less illness put less strain on the NHS and may extend some peoples lives
More people may make journeys on foot making the population healthier and putting less strain on the NHS.
