Time Slots/Appointment Only for everything where practical
Wherever possible people should be required to book a time slot for whatever activity they wish to partake in. No appointment/booking no entry.
Examples:
Shopping - Malls can set a limit on numbers and allow people to book a block of time to go. Supermarkets/convenience stores can carry on as they are as it's impractical to expect people to book for a loaf of bread or some milk
Pubs - Again set a limit on numbers so SD can be controlled
Parks - Set a limit on numbers (not easy to police so would require an element of trust) and keep an eye out to make sure it's not looking too crowded
For businesses this would mean people can't just randomly turn up.
I'm sure people can add to this with pros and cons and the practicalities for specific circumstances.

Why the contribution is important
One of the biggest problems with relaxation of restrictions is the fear that lots of people end up at the same place all at once. One person going for a walk in a park is not an issue. The whole town turning up at once may be a problem.
Forcing timeslots on people is a no-no, e.g. you're only allowed out of your house at a certain time of day. However, setting limits on the numbers allowed in a park, a pub, a restaurant or wherever and then allowing people to book a slot would help the custodians keep things manageable within the boundaries of safe social distancing.
How practical this would be in some environments may be an issue but for many places it would just be an adjustment to how they already operate.
