Time slots for shopping
People are used to booking delivery slots for food shopping, why not have each shopper book a time slot for their In store shopping. The various supermarkets etc would be able to limit the number of people per slot and know how many shoppers were in the store/ supermarket.
Also request that shoppers only show up 5 minutes before their slot.

Why the contribution is important
Infection control would be limited and social distancing would be better and easier to do with less people.
