Allowing close family visits, for example elderly parents. Testing of elderly done either by tests being sent out by post or at GP surgeries. Also if close family members are able to show there steps over the last few weeks of lockdown and been following social distancing rules there is a lower risk of transmission of the virus, as the majority of responsible adults do not want to bring harm to their loved ones.
