Travel for those without cars
If rules are relaxed so households can travel further away (as they have been in England) consideration needs to be given to households without cars. After years of being encouraged to use public transport for environmental reasons, those who actually followed this advice - or just don’t have a car! - are at risk of being left behind.
Social bubbles could fix this problem as a family without a car could join with one who did. Or allow some ‘unnecessary’ journeys by public transport as long as social distancing is respected and masks are worn.

Why the contribution is important
If drivers or people with cars are given considerably much more freedom than those without, it will fuel resentment and frustration.
