Under 30 year olds return to work unless they live with older at risk family members .
Then 30 to 40 year olds as long as they don’t live with at risk family members.
40 to 50 year olds should be last to return and over 50s should wait until vaccine or treatment is available.
Masks should be compulsory for everyone until Covid 19 crisis is over.
