Unlock traffic light system

Could we maybe have a graph with unlock points using a traffic light system to show where we are in the progress towards lifting restrictions:
Red
Amber
Green
e.g. bubble planning = amber

Why the contribution is important

I think it’s important to let people know where we are in terms of progressing lifting restrictions or not.

Exit plan needs to be clear and concise, like Irelands, with clear measures in place as to what and how each stage is allowed to be released.
