Plans and policies are developed with the people most affected by the virus, in accessible formats, not assuming that everyone can use the internet.

There are going to be a vast range of policies and communications needed to manage the new normal until an effective vaccine or treatment can be found. Therefore, it is important that, where possible plans and policies are developed with the people most affected by the virus, particularly people most at risk of the most serious complications if they get the virus. This also means that information produced, including consultations, need to be in accessible formats, and presented at the same time as the standard Scottish Government style documents.
