Vulnerable teachers teach stay at home pupils

There are many Teachers in the vulnerable category, teaching online in Teams. This resource should continue as children return to school, in the event of COVID 19 still being present. These Teachers would continue to teach both medically vulnerable children, isolating children and the children whose parents would prefer to wait for the virus to subside further, due to other medical concerns.

It is a model that will stand us in good stead for any future outbreaks. It will ensure that parents have a say in when they feel it is right for their child to return to school. Children not on the medically vulnerable list can still have an elevated risk, which is causing parents concern.
