Weekly Review

six weeks of lockdown has been shown to be successful and do understand the need to continue to reduce the R rate further and get stability. I believe, that looking at the current graphs, we should start to see this over the next 2 weeks.
However, long period of isolation and lockdown continues to be difficult and causing distress and mental health problems as well as emotional needs of being apart from family. Can I suggest that you now offer a weekly review of the data - to think that we would need to go to May 28th without any change is unbearable.
I believe this would help myself and other people to cope with the restrictions better

Why the contribution is important

I fear that compliance will be compromised by a further 3 weeks of lockdown (already evident in increased traffic on roads etc)
Mental health issues will increase to be a problem without some social contact or interaction

More frequent reviews would definitely be beneficial. It does seem a very long time until the end of May if we were simply to instil another 3 weeks of lock-down before a further review.

Strongly disagree. The longer lockdown continues the more successful it will be. Staying at home and working from home is not really that bad if you have food and household essentials and surely another few weeks of sacrificing is a small price to pay to save more lives.
