Ongoing support and review for people with specific needs

There should be ongoing support and review for people with specific needs such as hearing impairments. There are problems in terms of ongoing support for services which are just given out and there is no follow up. Any support there is, isn’t very joined up. We need to join up government, communities, council and health services.

Why the contribution is important

It will provide better services to people, but can also identify wider health needs early and save money through early intervention and reduced use of other services.
