Turning around workless families and supporting them back into work

It is very important to work with people who live in homes where no one works. There are now some households that are in their 4th generation of worklessness.

There is a need to break this cycle and show that work does pay and has benefits beyond financial.
We need a tailored approach dealing with the multiple problems.


Why the contribution is important

This is important because these households have created cycles of deprivation that have a high cost for the individuals and on our public services.
