The NCS is a significant change. Citizens can help to design a new service which enables citizens to be the point of integration. The Third Sector and Carers can also be partners in the NCS Program.

I wondered if it would be beneficial to provide electric toothbrushes to children. It has been proven that electric toothbrushes are more effective than manual toothbrushes when it comes to cleaning teeth. Thank fully the cost associated with buying an electric toothbrush has come down in recent years costing between £20 and £30. Electric toothbrushes are long lasting with only the heads needing to be replaced every so often and not the whole unit.

This could help reduce dental / health costs for the NHS and get children into practice with using an electric toothbrush.
