No Incentive and Fraud

This scheme will give no incentive for anyone to work at all let alone work harder for a better paying job.
Any scheme which pays out cash is open to fraud and this one will be no different.
This scheme will be totaly unworkable.

Everything has to be paid for and this will be no different, so who is paying the Scottish taxpayer who already pays more tax than anywhere else in the UK. I had no support from the state so the only way to get anywhere is to work for it.
This scheme should be scrapped and save taxpayers having to pay for this.
