Care home access for relatives

Care home residents aren’t in prison this is meant to be their home where they’re cared for and not locked away in a room with no contact from family. My mum is only 63 and is a resident in a care home to due to care needs from a stroke. She cannot communicate through speech properly but does have capacity and understands everything, so being locked out and not being able to see her has had a massive impact on her mental health and general well-being. This needs to be addressed properly and taken into considerations. Basic human rights have been taken away . If anything happens again like this I will have no option but to remove my mum and give up
My job to look after her. Not putting her though that again.

Why the contribution is important
