Who knew what and when

The enquiry should catalog the virus timeline in Scotland and who knew what and when, and what was done with the Infomation and when.

Why the contribution is important

To understand what Infomation was known and when and by whom. To ascertain what was done with the Infomation and what (with the benefit of hindsight) what should have been done.

It may help explain anomalies such as the introduction of the face covering mandate in Summer 2020 when cases and deaths were at a minimum.

Equally important is who was advised by whom and at what times, and precisely why existing pandemic preparedness planning was torn up in favour of a clearly deleterious course of action. The public need to know which unelected advisors steered the government, what their current and past connections are to which privately funded NGOs, and why their advice was taken.

Show when key decisions were taken with that information. If it was known masks would help limit the spread, why say there is no need for them, then introduce them when infection levels were at their lowest. We all believe it was to stop a 'loo roll' run on masks when the NHS and particularly care home were struggling to get supplies, but why not be honest open and clear with the information.
