Person-centred services

The Scottish Government’s approach to the future of health and social care is the provision of services, where appropriate, in the home or in a homely setting.  This has been reflected in some of the feedback we have received, and is already established, for example, in the Technology Enabled Care (TEC) Programme.

We would like to hear your views and ideas on those areas where technology can support the delivery of such person-centred services. Do you feel that patients and service users should have more control in managing their health and care, using digital technology, in the future? What support do you feel will be required? Where do you think digital services could have the most impact?

Why the contribution is important

We're keen to have your ideas and views on how technology and digital devices can support people to live more independently at home, or in a homely setting.
