Why the contribution is important
Our community is suffering from deteriorating infrastructure. We'd like some of our footpaths repaired, the signs replaced, some cycle tracks to bypass a narrow and busy trunk road that links us to our adjected communities. These could be done directly by developer's contractors, sometimes even as part of the developer's work directly.
As a community, we don't have the resources to manage such works, even if we had the money to do the work.

And a risk that it reduces the value of CBF. Needs to be considered carefully as part of an overall package.
