  People of other religions are in the same position. My mother hasn't been to Mass or her Rosary group - her social bubble - since this started. God doesn't seem to be stepping in here, so we have to do the work, and that means cutting down on opportunities for the virus to spread.

  I fully support this. Covid is going to be around for a long time. People must be allowed to gather, as safely as possible, for faith reasons, for mental health stability too. Our beliefs and ethics do not just disappear.

  I agree. We have to learn how to return to as near normal a life as possible. Special occasions such as these are a huge part of people’s lives.

  I agree with this idea. It is very important to spend Eid or any other religious occasion with your family as long as you don't have any symptoms.

  Families should be allowed to hire a restaurant, studio or a leisure facility for a day in order to hold their function in a larger space, this means the businesses that are closed, may gain something, social distancing can still be practiced and family members can meet.
  Lets face it, certain people will gather regardless and only increase the risk for others. Why not let people enjoy the day and allow the economy to benefit too. Same can be done for any faith or annual gathering/celebration. Lets not cancel Xmas either, the recession would be worse than ever!

  There should be no special rules for this celebration - as there was no lifting of restrictions for families to spend Easter celebrations together.
