Push ahead faster with wave power

Wave power appears to be running out of steam! Been talking about it for decades since Salter's Rocking Ducks but not much energy produced yet from one of Scotland's greatest assets. Wave Energy Scotland hasn't delivered so far- why not?

"We have one of the best resources in the world, a very strong supply chain of commercial developers and an academic infrastructure that knows how to support the industry.

“We are in a good position to exploit this technology however it is a nascent technology, and it does require commercialisation to take place through a feed-in tariff with the right balance of technological push and market pull."

Need to be investing in the relatively new renewable energy sources and not North Sea oil & gas, fracking & nuclear as the UK Government is doing.
